Ares Macrotechnology

Ares is still pretty sore after they lot the enforcement racket to that Lone Star subsidiary, but the regional leadership had to do something with the militias all over the region! Headed up by Franklin Todaro. There are no other legal operators for firearms sales in the BNA other than Ares, and they are very good at making sure it stays that way. Their production lines go way into the Canadian territories, and as far south as the ruins of Philladelphia.

Ares megacorp complex was built early on after the BNG was formed, and it dominates the western half of what used to be Bufflo Eastisde, with the core of the Corporate Megacomplex buried deep beneath what used to be Exchange Street.

Aztechnology

If you want to eat clean, you are buying from Stuffit Sack, and they are owned by Aztechnology. They also run the ports, and Big A's Maritech and Marine Technologies divisions are heavily government-aligned in terms of new ship development, aquatic border defense, and the day-to-day ops of New Fort Wales.

Aztechnology was one of the first to the table when the BNCAC was founded, as they uickly subsumed the regular operations of both Buffalo State College and SUNY Buffalo.  Big A's Megacorps Complex has subsumed what was once the Lower West Side of the city, with the ruins of Holy Cross Church serving as the 0,0 foundaition point of the Onguiaahra Pyramid.

G.O.D.

The Grid Overwatch Division operates an enormous training facility in the region, and is the corpo-governmental element of the C.A.C. Unoficially, the academy trains new agents, mantains all the regional legal Matrix nodes, run a modest R&D lab.

Unoficially, the BNR is the HQ of the Right Hand, who have been put into a more difinitiely offensive posutre hunting rogue AI's, and tracking the cyberconstructs the two newly formed former UCAS states continue to ply against each other in their endless feuding. 

 

NeoNET Holdings

Despite the official dismantling of the megacorp in 2076, NeoNET Holdings in the greater Buffalo area were the keyholders to all the infrastructure systems that maintained the Blak Spine. As a result, despite the fact that they are not a Megacorp, they hold enough regional power to stay embedded on the C.A.C. The are headed by Dierdre Elicott, third-generation Elven CEO of unparalleled saavy.

Renkaru

Renraku was moving into the BNR even before NeoNet had completed the preliminary infrastructure of the Black Spine, understaning that interconnecting the gigantic technomagical grid would be beyond thier rival's capabilities. In exchange for a small landhilding they converted into an Imperial Smallhold, they were willing to exchange short-term gains with the potential of long-term fortunes.

All of the terrestrial and communication interlinks coming off of the Black Spine are under Renraku's control. They are in constant competition with G.O.D. for control of local Matrix nodes, but have largely been boxed out by their rival's larger local ties.
